This motel is awesome very clean . No continental breakfast or snacks sadly as advertised . Beds were comfy no bugs .Only complaint was the noise from the guy that lives there with the door open and huge speaker very loud and the club across the street . Otherwise awesome location . Walking distance to all attractions and restaurants . the lady at the front desk was so kind and Really goes above and beyond

Room was very clean. It's small and simple, so don't come here expecting a lot. Bed was comfy, water was hot. I think at one point someone in the next room flushed their toilet or used the faucet, because I lost water pressure and the water got REAL hot for a couple minutes. Mini fridge and microwave. No closet. You will hear outside noise. It's about a 15 minute walk to the falls. I wouldn't recommend driving to the falls if you're able to walk as parking is SUPER expensive (like $35 for the day. No hourly parking) Only thing that got me about the room was when the 2 of us tried sitting on the edge of the bed to put shoes on, the mattress flipped up off the bed lol. So make sure you space out 🤣

Nice motel within walking distance of the falls/carnival area. Front desk staff was nice and room was clean. Budget-friendly option for staying in Niagara Falls! Love the automotive/updated theme. Would recommend!

Spent 3 nights here, recommended by my daughter who is local to the area. Cannot beat the location, friendly staff, cleanliness and cost. Owners live on site, which was fortunate as we didn't arrive until nearly midnight, so a quick call and someone was out to check us in. My husband is an OCD clean freak and absolutely loved this motel!

We were in Niagara for one night for a show at the casino. Check- in was super easy, great friendly service. We were less than 15 minute walk to the casino and about a 13 minute walk to Clifton Hill. It was super convenient. The room was super clean, which was such a relief since I’m a germaphobe. We are planning another siblings night, will definitely book with this motel again. At night, it was a little noisy due to the club and bar across the street however that is not something that bothered us.

Excellent stay at this budget motel. Room was clean and only put 4 stars (on Rooms) because of peeling paint in the bathroom. The Bed was firm! (GREAT!) not saggy, and the bedding clean/fresh. Pillows generous and the microwave & fridge worked as expected. Nice cold fridge. Easy heat, which was needed for fall temperatures and simple to make work and controllable for a comfortable temp. TV channels included one of the World Series ballgames of the Jays against the Dodgers. Thanks! Easy check in and they allowed me to park early. (while I went for a bike ride.)Parking was free for the entire stay! not always an option in Niagara Falls! Will stay again here in the future while in Niagara Falls!

THE ' go to ' place to stay in Niagara Falls - an absloute hidden gem ! If all you want is a simple, basic and clean room...you simple can't do any better than the Cadillac Motel. I've stayed there on 5 separate occasions now - most recently, this week. The rooms are consistency excellent each and every time - very neat, clean and well maintained. Free parking to boot. And among the best prices for rooms you can find. Amazing value for money ! You can't beat the perfect location either. Just a short walk to the heart of Niagara's tourist area, Clifton Hill. And, many stores & restaurants just within just a few minutes out your front door - Chuck's Roadhouse, Denny's, Starbucks, DQ, The Keg Steakhouse, Hooters, The LCBO to name just a few. Cannot recommend The Cadillac Motel strongly enough !

What a hidden gem! We booked this last minute for a weekend trip after our VRBO tried to scam us last minute. I’m so glad we found this place, what a great price and with parking always included? Unheard of in Niagara Falls! We will always try to stay here in the future. Super clean and a great location!
